The Council of Experts (CoE)

Imagine handing a mountain of raw data to an entire research firm — analysts, review committees, investigators, a chief strategist — and getting back a boardroom-ready report by morning. That's the Council of Experts: a research firm made of AI agents.

The problem it solves. When you push a massive dataset through a single AI pass, you get something fluent, confident… and impossible to trust. Real insight doesn't come from one clever pass — it comes from process: experts checking each other's work, challenging weak claims, and keeping only what survives scrutiny.

So CoE runs like a firm. The data moves through a chain of specialized "expert rooms," each with its own job:

• The Analysts go first — mining the statistics, running thousands of queries, surfacing every signal worth a second look.
• The Committees take over — debating those signals, cross-examining them against each other, and voting out anything that doesn't hold up.
• The Investigators interrogate the survivors — hunting for confounds, alternative explanations, and the "yes, but…" a good skeptic would raise.
• The Chief Strategist writes the final report — a handful of proven findings a real decision can ride on.

The rule that makes it trustworthy: every claim must cite the specific query that produced it. No citation, no claim. That single rule keeps findings checkable even as the data scales from thousands to millions of rows — any sentence in the report can be traced back to the numbers that earned it.
